how do I make and print labels. system xp

Please show me how to make address labels from start to finish. Have windows
xp and cannot get started. am complete idiot. please help.

Purchase and install Microsoft Office. Then launch
Microsoft Word and from the Toolbar select:

Tools > Letters and Mailings > Envelopes and Labels

Carey,

He/she wouldn't need to buy Office. Works Suite w/ Word or Word as a
standalone product is the same. Publisher will do it too but the process is
different.
