You'd be better off doing this in a page layout program (InDesign,
Publisher, etc.) or even in Word than you will be trying to create these in
PowerPoint.

In addition to Echo's advice, which I second, if you buy the blank stock at your
office supply store, the package will most likely include instructions on how to
create the layout in Word. If you have Publisher there are built in templates
that are very nice.
