How do I make compliments slips that are one third of A4...?

I can't seem to get spacing right for a compliments slip... I want it to be
one third of an A4 page in size but I can't seem to get the text to line up
correctly.. i.e. it is ok for the first but hte second is too low on the slip
and the third is worse...... Can't find a template anywhere for compliments
slips... there is one on microsoft but it is all wrong

Create a single compliments slip on the top of the page. Copy and paste it
twice below then adjust the line spacing between them to fit the page -
remembering that a printer will have fixed margin settings that you will not
be able to go beyond so this will have to be added between the entries to
evenly space them. It's a question of trial and error.
