How do I make connectors all the same length?

I am using arrow connectors to create a horizontal process flow.

Each time I copy/paste and move to connect two objects, the integrity of the
uniformed connector size is compromised.

How do I keep the connectors all the same length?

Create a connector at the size you want it, then save it into a
stencil.
