How do I make custom page borders in Word?

I'm trying to make page borders where I can put text for the border. Where
the text will repeat itself around the page over and over. Any help will be
greatly appreciated.

art, use either ordinary text or WordArt.

very interesting - but I still don't get it. I tried your link and
followed all the steps but I can't substitute the clipart border into text.
How do you do that?

You'll need to create your text as WordArt or in a text box.
