P Pete_UK Oct 29, 2007 #2 Maybe ... you should format cells as General. Click on the grey square at the intersection of the row and column identifiers to highlight the complete sheet, then Format | Cells | Number (tab) and choose General from the drop-down list. Hope this helps. Pete
