I have been able to use Microsoft Word 2003 to show a grid. I would like
to
print it without any data... just as it appears on the screen. Help!
Believe me, it is easier to just purchase it at a store.
Don't believe you can print those grid lines. They are non-printable
spacing marks.
But if you must, create a table, ensure that the border and inside lines
show in the table. Set margins to 0.5" all way around before you start. Set
the size of the column and row to the same size (you can get 0.15" squares
in Landscape mode about 63 columns (the maximum that Word will produce) by
however many will fit on the page going down. You may have to set the type
style point size manually to a small number. I used 4 point to accomplish
this.
It won't produce any more columns than 63. There is also limits on how
small the individual cells can be. While you can make the rows smaller the
column width minimum is somewhere close to 0.15" even with all border
spacing turned off.
