How do I make IE 7 to read internet pages??

IE 7 . After I installed as windows updates I have lot of other messages and
IE 7 CANNOT DISPLAY THIS PAGE

Empty your temporary cache...
I don't have IE7 installed, In IE,Tools, Internet Options, delete files.
