how do I make Microsoft office picture manager default for pictur

When openining a picture, how do I make Microsoft office picture manager the
default in Vista.

In Picture Manager click Tools, File types.

In Picture Manager, Tools, File types... Check those you want to be opened by
the Picture Manager.

Hi. Thanks for your reply. My problem is. When I receive a jpeg picture, & I
try to open it, I get a message that I do not have a program to open it, I
downloaded a program to use to open the picture, but I do not like to use
that program, I want to use Microsoft Office Picture Manager.

Any ideas.

If you save the picture and double click on it does Picture Manager open it?

No, because I downloaded a program called IrfanView, before I downloaded
this program, it would not open the picture....hope this makes sence...

Did you change the settings in Picture Manager as instructed?

In the Picture Manager, tools, I can only see Customize...

I have the same problem, only my pictures are always opened with Phot
Gallery which I dont like. I tried to follow the intructions, but I als
only see CUSTOMIZe under Tools, even after having reinstalled a
instructed. Also in choose default programs, picture manager doesnt sho
on the list.

Any tips.
