I do not understand how to enable my Text-To-Speech on my computer so that it
will read text aloud.
Microsoft's Help system has landed you in the wrong newsgroup: this
one is for the database program Microsoft Access.
Please use the dropdown box (the one that says "Access" by default)
to select a more appropriate newsgroup. There are newsgroups for
Accessability, and there is a Windows Help topic as well - good luck!
