How do I make my contacts list the default address list.

Currently my Exchange (Global Address List) is the default list for addresses
in outlook. When I create a new mail I want my Contacts to be the 1st list to
display instead of Exchange Contact List

Click your address book on the toolbar near 'Find', Tools, under 'Show this
address list first:', select 'Outlook address book', 'Contacts'
