How do I make my font appear in the web page for other viewers?

I can see my web pages the way I intended because I have the font installed
on my computer, however viewing from other computers I see only a standard
font. How do I actually upload my font onto the site so that others can see
it the way I do?

Otherwise, you'd have to make a graphic of your text in the special font -
and for more than just headers that might be a very bad idea.

Fonts are displayed based on those fonts that are
resident on the visitor's computer. Uploading fonts to
your site would not solve your problem unless a means was
provided for the visitor to download and install these
fonts on their computer.

As a visitor would you go through all that trouble just
to view the site in some font the happened to think was
fabulous? Most folks would not. Stick to standard fonts
and where you can't resist the urge, make graphics in
those situations.

you don't. As you've stated - the user must have that particular font on
their system.
