How do I make my newsletter open automatically.

I create e-mail newsletter. When a recipiant click on the subject I want the
newsletter to open automatically.

Can I control this by the way I save the newsletter or is this a setting on
the recipiants end?

no control over this, it's on the viewer end whether they want anything to
open automatically on their machine.
