You can save it as a PowerPoint Show (.pps).
To do so, click File > Save as.
Under save as type, select PowerPoint Show (.pps).
I see that you have inserted a music. Take note that if you are linking the
music, you will also need to send the music and pps file together in the
email.
In addition, you will need to create a folder, then put the sound and pps in
the folder. Then, re-insert the sound to create a pathless link. This is to
prevent the link from breaking.
Alternately, you can choose to embed the music (only wav file can be
embedded).
To avoid linking issues, check this out:
"Sounds/Movies don't play, images disappear or links break when I move or
email a presentation"

Also, you may want to try out PFCExpress.
"PFCExpress is a stand alone add in to greatly simplify sending PowerPoint
presentations and associated media files in an email. No more having a user
tell you the presentation failed to play a media file when they receive it!"
