how do i make paycheck statements for my employees? like a break .

i just started a business and i want to be able to give my employees a
statement (breakdown) of the hours, dates n times etc, for the work they
performed for that specific week! how and what do i click on to do that from
publisher or any other office tools! please help me!

Businesses generally use programs designed for that purpose. I suggest
QuickBooks Pro and set up your payroll system there. It can prepare your
monthly, quarterly and annual IRS reports necessary for the remittance of
withholding taxes and your portions. The IRS submissions are the most
difficult to manage correctly. Once an error is made, the letters that they
send to you are incomprehensible and you will spend many hours on their
resolution that you should devote to your business.
