How do I make postcards, four to a page?

I am trying to make a postcard to send to clients, you can buy them four to a
page, I just need to know how to create them

You'll have better options to do this in Word or Publisher - but if you need
to do it in PowerPoint, just use PowerPoint's Photo Album feature with the
four pictures to a slide setting.
