I want to have my Outlook calendar always open to a month view with the
current week first, rather than having only a few days of the future to view
when it is near to the end of the calendar month. It doesn't seem to be
possible to set this as a default, I always have to scroll down to get the
current week and the next three weeks showing. Can it be done?
