How do I make the page full lengh for pinting?

[adjust from 1/2 page to full page]

when typing and prining I get only 1/2 page. Can't seem to figure out how
to extend to full page. Need help!

This is way too vague for us to answer.

You enter data in a table and then the report only prints half a page? Then
what? Does it leave blank and begin again on a new page, or does it just
stop after 1/2?

Do you have headers/footers/margins set correctly?

Did you use a wizard to create the report or build it from scratch? Is it
based on a query or a table?

What version of Microsoft Access are you using?

Also, you posted this in a formscoding group. You don't mention any code at
all.

Are you trying to print the actual form where you enter data? If so, that
is a big part of the problem. Forms were designed for data entry and
viewing, not for printing. Build a report and add a button to your form to
print that report. Reports have the controls needed to define how things
print.
