how do I make transcription sentences for repeated notes from Doc.

I type transcription & need a program like wordperferct only that will work
with Office 2003, that I can use sentences continously, usually Dr's will
repeat the same sentence. Anyone know of such a program within the MS Office
Programs?

Word 2003 includes a feature called "AutoText" that can be used to store
often-used words, phrases, sentences, paragraphs, pages of text, etc.
Look it up in Word help.
