How do I make Word 2007 look earlier (more usable) versions?

To put it simply I hate the new interface to the Office 2007 tools and much
prefer the interface that has been in place for at least the last 10 years on
older Office tools. I find 2007 totally non intuitive.

Does anyone have any idea whether it is possible to turn on the "classic"
look and feel of the tools, especially Word.

Google for third party applications that do put the Office 2003 tools on the
2007 interface. Can not do it natively in Office 2007.
