How do I merge a name to each label - it merges one per sheet now

I have stepped through the wizard to set up merge to labels. It shows
<<name>> on the first label, and <<new record>> on next labels, but when I
actually do the merge, it does one name per sheet of labels. Using Avery 2181
mini-sheets, w/6 labels per sheet. MANY thanks.

You have missed the step to propagate the information from the first label
to the other labels on the sheet.
