How do I merge an address list in Access with a letter in Word?

I have entered an address list in Microsoft Access, but I don't find a way to
write a letter in Access and merge it with my address list. Consequetly, I
have written the letter in Word. How do I merge my address list in Access
with the letter written in Word?
