How do I merge my pst files frm one computer to another ?

I've been using Outlook 2002 on 1 computer, and I'm now using Outlook 2003 on
a new computer. I would like to merge all my pst and ost files frm 2002 to
2003. I've already prepared a zip file for each. How to merge without
interfering with my existing pst files in Outlook 2003 ? I do not mind having
to deal with duplicate infos.

Since you mention OST, you must be using Exchange. Don't worry anout the
OST. Outlook will regenerate it from Exchange.

I hope you copied the files with Outlook closed or they may be corrupted.

Unzip the PSTs on the new hard drive, make sure they're not read-only and
then start Outlook. Click File>Open>Outlook Data File and browse to the
first of the PSTs. Select it and click OK. You'l now have access to that
PST's contents. Do this with each. When you've all of them open,
drag-and-drop (either copy or move, at your pleasure) the data from the
moved PSTs to the main message store. When finished, you can either close
the old PSTs or leave them attached.
