How do I merge two different PST files in Outlook 2003

I have two different PST files in Outloook 2003 and need to merge them into
one master file. How can I do that?

Open both of them within Outlook with File, Data File Management.
Decide which one will be the Master, and then drag and drop all items and
folders from the other one into it.
Alternately, you can create a new master .pst and copy the contents of both
exisiting files there.
