How do I migrate Lotus Millenium data files/folders to MS Office

Lotus truant

Have considerable number of folder/files in Lotus Smartsuite 98 and Millenium
- Ami Pro Word Pro, Approach, 123 and Organizer and wish to migrate them to
MS Office.
Is there a way either individualy or in batches.

are compatible with Microsoft Office?
