Andrea
I had an email sent to me that someone had saved in microsoft word. When
downloading this document, I had received 2 error messages (I had the person
save it in doc and rtf.)
The first one I tried to open it stated that word experienced an error when
trying to open this document, (this is the one saved in doc mode) and that it
suggested me to 1. check the file permissions for the document or drive
(which I have no clue how to do and we are the adminstrator of the computer),
2. Make sure there is enough memory on the hard drive or suffiencient memory
(which there plenty memory available), and 3. Open file with the Text
Recovery Converter (where is this? I don't see it in Microsoft Office 2003?)
When I opened the second document that was saved in rich text I got an error
message stating: This page uses frames, but your browser doesn't support them.
I have searched high and low on your Microsoft website to find answers to
thsi problem to no avail.
I did modify the Turn off features not supported by Web browsers, but this
do not change the issue at hand nor did it allow me to open the document sent
via email for microsoft office.
Please tell me what is wrong and if there is anything I can do to change
this issue.
Thank you
