How do i modify my business contacts phone list when it's greyed-o

In Outlook's Business Contact Manager, when producing a Business Contacts
Report (phone list), I click on 'Modify Report', but the options are greyed
out.

How do I 'un-grey' them

I am assuming you mean Business Tools -> Reports -> Business Contacts ->
Business Contacts Phone List.

Those options are not modifiable in BCM 2003. I am seeing the same behavior.

This report is called Quick Buisness Contacts List in BCM 2007 and it is
modifiable in that version.

Tell me exactly what you want in that report. I can tell you how to
accomplish that right now, if possible, without using the reports feature. I
think I've posted that procedure in the past anyway.
