How do I move a complete item in Word Art?

I can not move a word art object in Word 2003 like I did in Word 2000. I
can't find what needs to be done to accomplish this.

Is this a dragging issue?

Right click the WordArt object and, from the menu, choose Format - WordArt -
Layout tab. To be able to drag it, it can't be set to In Line With Text.

If it's autmatically defaulting to In Line With Text, then check your
settings at Tools - Options - Edit tab - Insert/paste pictures as:.
