How do I move a design up/down on a page in PowerPoint 2003?

I selected a design template and placed it on the page. Now I need to move
the design down...how do I move the design?

What do you mean, "move it down"? Do you mean you need to move it underneath
other objects on the slide, or do you need to move it to the next slide in
the presentation?
