how do i move a picture

This is a question without answer. In fact there is no question, only a heading.

But to move a picture, one could take it off your wall, employ a removal firm, get them to load it into their truck and move it to
where you want it to be.

Sorry, having a humorous moment.
What I am really saying is:
Be more explicit

If I can help I will, but I need more info.

Use tables and cells on your pages and place your photo in a cell, then
align it. Don't forget to use the HELP files within FP.

Or, click on the picture. Then click on View/Toolbars/Picture. Fourth icon
from the left end
of the toolbar permits absolute positioning. After you click it, you can
move the picture anywhere on the screen. Just look for the cross of arrows,
hold the left mouse button and move it.

Eleanor, I suggest that you don't use hard line breaks in your text. When
one views the page and increases the font size, all breaks up with one or
two word lines!

Nine days of shooting began with a very rainy day in<br>
Zion National Park, another morning above the tunnel on the way to
Kanab,
Utah. We ventured into the Coral Pink Sand Dunes,<br>
made a quick trip into Bryce National Park, then to Grovenor's

Another day was spent visiting the Toadstools, Paria movie set
