How do I move a shape in an org chart

If I have 1 x Manager who has 10 x subordinates in a line below him, how
would i move the subordinate at the end, i.e. subordinate number ten to be
shown as say the 3rd subordinate in the line as opposed to the last one in
the line?

If you are using 2003 (I don't know about other versions) you can click on a
shape and drag it onto the Manager. This will send it to the end of the list
of subordinates. So try dragging and dropping a few times until you get the
order you require.
