How do I move Access 2003 to a new computer?

I bought a new computer and I want to uninstall Access 2003 and simply
reinstall it. Will the Reg Key be reset??

My suggestion is to check with your local Microsoft office on the procedure
to re-activate Office first since you WILL need to re-activate the Office
installation on the new computer.
