How do I move an email to a folder automatically

I have several rules set up and they all work great... BUT I just set up a
new one for emails with particiular word string in the subject line.

This is what the subject line looks like.
ICCP Placement Notice for Fiona Butterwick ([email protected])
I said in the rule any email that has "ICCP Placement Notice" in the subject
line move it to the Placement folder.

NOw if I go in and run the rule it works find... But I want it to do it
automactically like my other rules do.. The ony difference I can see is that
this one is asking for particular words in the subject line, which are all
differeent EXCEPT for the first pharse.
