How do I move an image?

i would like to know how to move a picture around the page either side to
side or having the image going up and down or even having it appear then
slowly fade away

Tanesha,
The ghist of you question indicates you are working with an application
other than MS Project which is what this newsgroup is devoted to. It
sounds like a group on PowerPoint or Word would be more appropriate.

If by chance you are pasting a picture on a Project view, it can be
moved around the graphic side of the view by going to
Format/Drawing/Properties/Size and Position tab.
