How do I move folders from one profile to another in Outlook 2003

I am attempting to eliminate a profile but want to save the folders within
the profile and move folders to another profile. I am using Outlook 2003 on
XP Home Edition.

You don't move folders between profiles. You move them between information
stores. The information stores from both profiles would need to be visible
in one profile or the other. Details depend on whether you're using an
Exchange mailbox or a .pst file or both.
