I was able to copy my contacts from outlook to Business Contact Manager, but
it didn't copy their history. I've tried copying, moving, and importing
journal entries/folders to the communication history folder -- and it either
says I don't have permissions, must be associated with a contact, or imports
requiring mapping options that are inappropriate. I've got nearly 10,000
contacts and 1,500 journal entries. Please tell me I don't have to manually
link each business contact to each outlook journal record!
