How do I move MS Outlook Folders & content from old computer to new computer

Your machine should have .pst file on it. Search for it
and that will be your mail file. It will contain all the
mail in the exact same format and folders as you
currently have. You can then burn that to disk and then
import it on to your new computer. The help files within
outlook should provide enough assistance with importing.
