How do I move my cursor to the top of the document?

In Office 2003 the cursor is half way down the page. I want to start typing
at the top of the page the margins etc are OK what is going on? Please help

In Word 2003, click on File | Page Setup | Layout | Vertical
alignment: Top | OK.
