How do I move my data to another network?

My calendar, contacts, etc are on a Microsoft Exchange Server. I am moving
to another company and need to be able to move all this date to the new
server. What is the best way to do it?

You could create a pst file and copy the information from your main
"Exchange" folders to the pst folders. Then copy the pst file (make sure
Outlook is closed) to a flash drive or writable optical disk. Reverse the
process at the new place.

But first, please make sure your employer is OK with copying such
company-owned data. Quite often they have policies against such things and
you could get into legal trouble if found out.
