You will need to reinstall on the replacement PC, providing of course
that your Office is a Retail package and not OEM.

It's not a OME, dose this mean all the up dates will have be down loaded
again from MS or could I get them on a CD?

Since it's not OEM, means you are allowed to install on a replacement
computer. You will need to apply any updates after you finish
installing. Office applications aren't programs that "support" being
"moved", they always need to be installed.
