how do i move outlook 2003 with all it's content to a new pc?

want to save old messages. folders and contacts and use outlook the same as I
did before buying a new pc

Control Panel | Mail | Data Files will tell you the name(s) and
location(s) of your PST file(s).

Copy/move them to your new computer, then open them with Outlook.

Then you need to uninstall on the old machine and re-install on the new,
using the CD/DVD that you purchased...
