In Outlook 2000 SR-1 Corporate or Workgroup, when I start a new message
the way in which the toolbars appear in the new message window is not
to my liking. I can drag them around and get them to look like what I
would prefer, but this gets tedious after a while.
How can I set the default toolbar arrangement for new messages such
that it sticks between sessions?
