How do I name a page set up?

I have certain forms that I have set up to request manual feed. The printer displays the message "Manuallly Feed Plain Letter." I would like to be able to have it say something along the lines of "Manually Feed Pink Paper." With the network printer, several people print at the same time, and no one is sure whose is whose when the manual feed message comes up. We are printing things on several different color papers, so if I could save the documents to give customized messages it would solve this problem. I know that when I print a #10 envelope it will read "Manually Feed COM 10," which leads me to believe its possible.

You could do this at the PC by intercepting the print command to put a
message on screen, but this won't help you with your printer. The messages
there are coded into the printer's firmware. You would need to take it up
with the printer manufacturer to determine whether it was possible to add
custom messages. This is a hardware issue not a Word issue (though it could
become a Word issue if the printer messages could be programmed with PCL
code - you could then add a PRINT field to the document to send the
appropriate PCL command.).
