How do I not have any borders using Microsoft publisher?

[Rookie on Publisher]

I am trying to create a 4 (8-1/2 x 11 Folded) page company brochure. I do
not want any white border meaning I want my background design to go all the
way to the edges of the page. I cannot/have not been able to sucessfully
rest the margins or layout margins to accomplish this. Is it possible to do
this or does the copy always have a border on the edges?

You need a printer that is capable of full bleed.
