How do I nudge arrows in Word?

S

smlabeau

I have a Word document that has text boxes connected with arrows making it
look like an org chart. If I want to move (nudge) the arrows slightly, I
hold down the CTL key and use the arrow keys to move the arrow. I have a
coworker that can press the arrow keys only and it nudges the arrow in the
document. Why would it be different from computer to computer?

What happens when you press the arrow key only? It could be that you have
your drawing objects set to "snap to grid" and the coworker doesn't.
