How do I obtain a layout like in Word?(automaticadjustable entry)

I am trying to create a proposal layout in access for easy editing, how do I
obtain a layout like in Word? meaning that I can put header to all pages and
the contents adjust to the length of entry also adjusts to the page breaks
and the headers. Sections of this document are in groups it's just contents
are different from one another. Please help.

Why are you using Access to do this? It sounds like you should be using Word.

You would be better off and have a better looking document if you kept your
proposals in Word. If you need data from an Access database, there are ways
to achive that. In Word Help, type in "get data from Microsoft Access" and
it will walk you through it.

Word is an excellent program for formatting complex documents, with
styles, headers, etc.

Access is an excellent database development environment.

You can drive nails with a crescent wrench - but that doesn't make it
a hammer!

I'd use Word to do your formatting and layout; you can use a Word Mail
Merge document to pull information stored in Access tables, and get
the best of both.
