I need to know how to open a file from CD-ROM and not floppy the only thing I
can open a file from is the Floppy drive for some reason. I put all my
pictures from my digital camera onto a CD and would like to know how to open
it to put them on to my website. Thank you

You probably can't "open" it so much as Insert File or Insert Photo from
File. That should take care of it... I assume you are wanting to open it Word
or something like that?

Microsoft's vexing Help system has dropped you into a technical
support newsgroup for Microsoft Access(TM), a database program. Please
repost your question in a newsgroup for your version of Windows.

But... isn't your diskette drive named A:, and your CD drive some
other drive letter, typically D:?
