I am reading from the latest posts first and I've already answered your
question. Please realize that these boards are read by volunteers - and most
of us have day jobs. You need to give us a chance to respond. Plus you'll be
doing yourself a favor if you ask the question once and then wait. Asking
twice isn't going to make us answer it faster.

Actually the cumulative effect is to slow things down because of having
to wade thru all the redundant postings.

do you know by now how to open it because I would like to know how because I
got an email saying that I have to open it and enter my trialkey but there is
no link or anything to open it in the first place?
