We can't see what you're doing there, so you need to be our eyes. I realize
you're frustrated, but tell us how you're opening Word, how you're opening
the document in question, and what steps you're taking to try to print it.
Also please include what version of Word you're using.

It's part of Microsoft office, but there is no icon, and it doesn't come up
on any programs list to click on. I would like to have an icon on the
desktop for it, but can't find it to drag it down. This is a 3 month old
Dell laptop, but I don't seel any operating system logo when I turn it on.
It's as though you have to send everything throught the computer network,
email or dedicated fax from this computer(which I don't have). Does this
make any sense?

How are you opening the document? Are you starting Word and using
File/Open?? Opening it from email? Double-clicking it in an Exploring
window, such as your Desktop??

Also, what version of Word are you using?

Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup. Requests for
assistance by email can not be acknowledged.

I'm sorry, no, it doesn't.
