How do I open a ppp without the tool bar screen showing?

Each time I open a ppp that I have prepared or a photo album, the pp toolbar
screen opens first; I have seen others whose presentations open without the
toolbar screen initially appearing; how can I set my presentations to do this?

If I had a "FM" I would read it; if you tell me how to rename it so the
extension changes, it would be a great help!
